Answer/Solution:
Activate Flex mode per user
If you purchased the WinCan Web Flex (seats), you must assign the flex mode to the desired user in your WinCan Web environment.
Open Management\Users in WinCan Web

Select the user who should have the right to use the flex mode
Use the edit option
Set the checkbox “Flex mode” and save

WebFlex allows the user to modify uploaded projects DIRECTLY on the cloud. Therefore he will need an additional license option as shown below:
