WinCan Web: User permission roles

In WinCan Web are several roles available for the user permissions. This article describe those roles
Roles
Role | Description | Permission |

End User | Role for end users |

End User (Download) | Role for end users with donwload option |
|
End User (all Projects Visible) | Role for end users with donwload option, all projects available |
|
VX operator | Role for vehicle operators. Only upload is availabe no additional permissions in web |
|
Company operator | Role for company project managers |
|
Company admin | Role for company project administrators |

Project options
Share and Management options
Shared history → shows the shared history of a project
View history → shows the whole project history
Upload history → shows the upload history for the certain project
Donwload history → shows the download history for the certain project
Project link view → shows all project links also new links can be created here
Actions → Browse and Delete
For vehicle operators the upload role “VX Operator” is recomanded.
Sometimes it is neccessary to assign projects to a user.
