Sensoray 2253; text display for section data

Question/Problem:

Text display is controlled by the device Sensoray 2250. However the section data are not completely shown on the screen as set under Home>Settings>OSD>Object data:

Answer/Solution:

The device Sensoray 2253 currently only supports a maximum of 11 lines for section data display.

  • Check the settings for section/object data display: keep line 4 empty

  • Set observation text display on line 4

  • Confirm these settings and close WinCan VX

  • Open the file C:\Users\Public\Documents\CDLAB\WinCanVX\ini\WinCanCOMMDevices_V4.ini

  • Add the command lines highlighted below:

Open WinCan VX and make sure the device Sensoray 2253 is selected:

Confirm the settings, hit the camera button in the video panel and click on the OSD control button Section data: the text display for section data is shown as expected:
