Quitting application

Question/Problem:

Quitting the application WinCan VX either via Home>Quit or the default CLOSE button in the title bar of the main screen has unexpectedly become impossible. What can the user do to avoid quitting the application via TaskManager in the future?

Answer/Solution:

  • Hit the command Home>Settings>General>General Settings

  • Make sure the option Enable/Disable VX Monitoring is disabled and confirm this change:

In addition you may also delete the sub-folder C:\Users\PublicDocuments\CDLab\Common\Config\Monitoring:
