STEP 1: INVITING USERS WITH “CLEANER” ROLE
To start managing the cleaning jobs on Enterprise and Mobile App, you must first invite users with the Cleaner role to your company.
Follow this guide and add users with the Cleaner role to your company:
At the end of this step, your account should look similar to this:
STEP 2: CREATING MASTER PROJECT WITH CLEANING JOBS
Follow this guide and create a MASTER PROJECT in one of the standards that support CLEANING JOBS:

At the end of this step, You should have a fully functioning Master Project in one of the standards that currently support CLEANING JOBS:
STEP 3: CREATING CLEANING JOBS
Open Job management map and select the assets that should be cleaned:
Click on CREATE WORK ORDER. Fill in Project name. Select Type = Cleaning and assing the operator for this Job:
CREATE the Job
At the end of this step, You should have a Cleaning Job listed on Your Inspection Manager page:
STEP 4: WORKING ON CLEANING JOB IN THE MOBILE APP
Open WinCan Mobile App
Click on NEW PROJECT
Login to Your WinCan account as a CLEANER
Make sure that this user has got access to login to the app (Mobile App mode in the WEB account settings must be enabled)
Select Your MASTER PROJECT
Click on the PROJECT that You want to work on
Clean the assets
Fill in the cleaning inspection details
Repeat steps 6-7 for each asset in the project
Upload the finnished project back to WEB
Open the home page
Click on the “WEB CLOUD“ icon next to You project name
PUSH the Project
At the end of this step, You should have a fully inspected Cleaning Job that is ready to review:
STEP 5: REVIEWING AND MERGING THE PROJECT
Follow this guide to review and merge the project:
At the end of this step, You should have Cleaning Job merged to the MASTER PROJECT:
STEP 6: MANAGING YOUR SEWER SYSTEM NETWORK
Open Sewer System Map to view all the status of all the inspected assets:
Open “History mode“ on Job management page to see Your sewer system network and colour it based on the last Inspection age and type:
