Flyability cloud; access to customer's account
Problem/Question
The WinCan support teams must be able to get drone data directly from the customer’s Flyability cloud account. Our customers thus must know how they can allow other (external) users to access their drone flight data.
Solution/Answer
Follow the steps below to invite a member of the WinCan support team to access your drone flight data on the Flyability cloud:
Launch the web browser Google CHROME and type the address https://cloud.flyability.com
Go to Settings > Users and push the button Invite user:
Enter the e-mail address of the external user (e.g. sbregy@idexcorp.com), set the permission level (i.e. VIEWER) and click on the button Invite:
So the WinCan support team can check the project and try to find the reason why the Flyability import fails.
Remove the account as soon as you have got a corresponding feed back from the support team.
