v18.0 Release Notes - 5 January 2026

Version 18.0 introduces Assets Validator, a brand-new feature enabling live validation and providing clear, real-time feedback to improve overall user experience & VX usability. Alongside this, the release delivers 3D module refinements, Light Viewer QV360 fixes, and introduces integration of Cartegraph import fed by GIS data. It also provides updates in several Standards, plus several bug fixes and technical enhancements. Additional improvements include technical debt reduction and strengthening of the architecture for future scalability.

Looking ahead, version 18.1 is planned for February 2026.

🔶 3D Module Refinement

  • WVX-11447: Z-Profile graph in Map shows different depth and invert level values than in VX and WinCan3dApp.

  • WVX-11400: Problem after 3D Measurement.

  • WVX-11399: Wrong dialog in 3D Wizard after finishing inspection from manhole.

  • WVX-9963: Connection stub displayed in wrong position in WinCan 3D.
