v18.2 Release Notes - 19 March 2026

 

This release focuses on stability, standards support, and Spirallo reliability, delivering multiple fixes across core VX workflows.

Significant improvements were made in ISYBAU data exchange and 3D workflows, addressing import and export reliability issues and improving correctness for geometry, activity types, and XML handling. At the same time, NASSCO v8 PACP export support was fixed, and the standard was updated with the latest validator DLL.

A major part of this release targets Spirallo, where several critical issues related to licensing, video processing, measurements, reporting, and 3D interaction were resolved. These fixes improve measurment accuracy as well as the day‑to‑day usability of the module.

In addition, multiple bug fixes improve overall stability in printing, GIS mapping, device integrations, cloud communication, and project handling. Ongoing technical improvements prepare VX for upcoming UI and framework changes, including DevExpress‑related refactoring and configuration handling.

Looking ahead, version 18.3 is planned for Apr 21, 2026
