This article describes how the user can create a configuration settings backup manually.
Instructions
Create a new folder C:\WinCanVX_SETUP
Create a sub-folder C:\WinCanVX_SETUP\Custom
Copy the latest version of the installation file WinCanVX_SETUP into the folder C:\WinCanVX_SETUP:
The folder \Custom itself must contain two sub-folders:
ProgramData: this folder contains the configuration files to be copied into the installation folder C:\User\Public\PublicDocuments\CDLAB
ProgramFiles: this folder contains the configuration files to be copied into the installation folder C:\ProgramFiles\CDLAB

Important: there is no need to create the folder CDLAB. Put the folder with VX-configuration files directly into the corresponding subfolder ProgramData or ProgramFiles respectively. |
