The Search & Replace Tool
The Search & Replace tool works at two levels and always considers any applied filters as described in the section Using Filters in WinCan VX. The panel can be used to:

After you click this there will be a small pop-up which tells you how many data records will be updated by this action where you can click Ok OK or Cancel. This give you the opportunity to give the action a 2nd thought – how many records are you expecting to be updated by this action, and does the number look about right?
Click on the green tick to proceed or the red cross to cancel if it looks wrong. You should have a good solid idea of the kind of response expected on your data to the design replacement before you use this tool.
