Activate Flex mode per user

If you purchased the WinCan Web Flex (seats), you must assign the flex mode to the desired user in your WinCan Web environment.

• Open Management\Users in WinCan Web

• Select the user who should have the right to use the flex mode

• Use the edit option

• Set the checkbox “Flex mode” and save

WebFlex allows the user to modify uploaded projects DIRECTLY on the cloud. Therefore he will need an additional license option as shown below:

Once activated, WebFlex allows you to create new or edit and delete existing SECTION, INSPECTION and OBSERVATION data as if you would enter them in WinCanVX.

Data Entry

Click on the menu button (2) at the right of each section which is listed in the overview and select the command Edit section:

Edit section (1) and inspection data (2) as shown below. You can also hide NON mandatory fields to get data entry done a bit faster:

Mind that you push the SAVE button (3) before you close the input mask.

In order to complete the observation list, hit the button Add observation, browse to the spot where an observation needs to be added and describe the defect with the catalogue:

1.) Navigate through the catalogue

2.) Complete the defect description, if necessary. Clock positions can easily be changed via Drag & Drop.

3.) Enter the distance value

4.) Hit the button Create photo observation 1

5.) Hit the button Go Back (1) if you want to quit the defect catalogue without saving the current observation:

Data Output

You may even create a PDF report directly on the CLOUD using the command Project > Reporting (1 and 2). Next select the desired report pages (3) and finally hit the button Generate Report (4):
