Question

The usage of the service WinCan Web can either be payed per ear or per month. The user account automatically becomes invalid after the corresponding amount has not been payed within a given term.

What does a user have to think about if he forgot to pay within the term of 30 days but wants to have the same account reactivated a couple of months later (i.e. more than 90 days)?

Answer

Always mind the following payment conditions when using the service WinCan Web:

  • Period for monthly payment: 30 days

  • Period for yearly payment: 30 days

  • Payment DONE: usage of the service WinCan Web automatically continues

  • Payment NOT Done within the payment term: >30 days

    • account disabled

    • projects kept in the old web space

  • Payment DONE within the expiration term: 90 days

    • re-registration required → customer gets a new web space

    • projects can be moved to the new web space (ask the global administrator)

Payment NOT Done within the expiration period: >90 days

  • re-registration required → customer gets a new web space

  • projects automatically deleted from the old web space

  • deleted projects cannot be restored from the old web space

  • No labels
