Why does as a driver installation for some specific devices like VTG2 or Sensoray 2250 (MobileCap) fail on some computers?

This issue is due specific settings in Windows 10 or Windows 11. Change the settings as follows prior to the driver installation:

Go to START > Settings > Update & Security

Select Windows Security > Device security:
