The following installation guide describes all the steps needed to download and install the application WinCanVX.
Step 1
Please use the following link to download the latest stable version of WinCan VX
Simply click on the link below, or copy and paste the link into your web browser
Select the relevant version you want and click the download button. It may direct
you to a web page this is fine click the download button on the top right.
Step 2
The link will automatically begin downloading WinCan VX
Step 3
depending on your web browser you may receive a downloading notification towards the bottom left of your web browser (1)
Step 4
If this does not appear for you, please hold CTRL and press J on your keyboard, for most web browsers, this will take you to your browsers downloads section (2)
Please wait for it to finish downloading, then click on the download to open it.
Step 5
Once the file is extracted double click WincanVXsetup to install WINCANVX
If the following blue box appears, please click on “more info” (1) then select “run anyway” (2)
If “Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?” pops up, please click on yes.
Step 6
Once the Wincan VX setup pops up, please go through the final part of the installation process, click next, make sure “agree to the terms of the license agreement” is selected.
Then click next again, untick all in the options in this section then click next.
then click next once more to start the installation.
The installation process will now commence, this can take a few minutes to complete.
The installer will also show you additional components it will install.
Once installation is complete the following box will appear, click on finish to complete the install.
You can open WINCANVX by clicking on the start button towards to bottom left of your screen (1) then scroll down until you see a folder called “WinCan VX” (2) then click on “WinCan VX” (3)
Please give the application time to load.
During the first launch, the application will ask for your license to be applied.
