Wir sind dabei die Dongle Lizenzensierung durch eine Software basierte Lösung zu ersetzen. Sie haben von uns einen Software Lizenzschlüssel erhalten. Mit diesem Schlüssel wird der WinCan VX Desktop bei unserem Lizenzservern registriert. Für die Aktivierung wird ein Internetzugang empfohlen.
Wichtig zu wissen
Once registered periodic re-authentication to validate the licence will be required. Every 30 days (minimum) WinCan must be started with the PC connected to the internet. The process is fully automated with nothing more for the user to do. You will receive a gentle reminder if your licence is running offline and you approach the date this check in is needed. If you pass the 30 day check in period WinCan will start in viewer mode until internet access is re-established.
Once you are up and running with this software key you will no longer need the physical dongle. Our Head Office would like the old dongle back.
If a license expires or is already expired our Head Office can activate a license again. You don’t need to activate the license again.
A software license belongs to a WinCan VX client. You can activate a license only on one client.
