Printing issue, printing crash

Problem

If you try and print vx crashes. Or it possible that you get the error message below:

 

Solution

most likely a label printer is set as the default printer.

  1. Open a report with Report Designer. Often you will get better information why the printing fails.
    In this case will open the section Section inspection.

     

  2. Because it a label Printer you can only see a small stripe

     

     

  3. To solve the issue simply select a diffren printer as your default printer.
    Previously the PT-P700 wat set as your default printer

     

The PT-P700 is a label printer.
