Dazzle: Stuttering and glitching video after Windows 10 update
After the Windows 20H2 update, videos captured with the Dazzle USB device are stuttering. This is caused by a wrong framerate that can be fixed with a driver update.

Download the fixed driver version from https://app.box.com/s/66njergjxdj87sk2aofwpqv6rsnmzyqf
Open the device manager, double-click the Dazzle Video Capture USB Device (video only, not the audio device!) and click update driver. Select the previously downloaded driver and install it:
Reboot your computer
Open WinCan VX and go to the video settings. The Dazzle capture device is now listed as “Roxio”. Select and configure it:
