Problem/Question
When running a deformation scan from WinCan VX (distributed license) the following error message pops up when hitting the button Start Scan, despite the customer already payed for the corresponding software module:
How can the operator make full use of some specific software modules (i.e. CleverScan, Sonar, WinCan LaserScan) that should already be implied in a distributed license?
Solution/Answer:
The software modules mentioned above must be activated separately, when working with a distributed license.
Go to Home > Program Information > Manage License, click on the button Select Module and activate the check box for the corresponding software module:
